nVdia are working on quad-core processors to get the best speed out of your tablet

image

Tablets are very much becoming more popular by the minute with companies launching their own tablets all over the place such as Samsung and Asus. However, one thing that they can lack is speed so nVdia have taken a note of that and are now working on building quad-core processors for tablets set to launch later this year.

Processing is not the only thing company, nVdia have been working hard on because also launching this year is the next generation of graphic chips supporting resolutions of 2560x1600 pixels. The fact that tablet screens will be very much sharper will furthermore make them smoother at playing back movies and surfing the web or even working on the move.

However, the question still stands would you get rid of your laptop for a tablet? Do you prefer an actual keyboard than a touchscreen one?
