Do you want your ASUS tablet to look even more snazzy? Pick up one of the colourful covers then. The tablet was announced last week and is made by ASUS running on the Android OS and is called the Google Nexus 7.
The news was revealed via the official Asus Twitter account with a message reading “And we’ve got things covered. #Nexus7”. Nice pun!
The covers are colourful, snappy and attractive. All you do is clip them onto the bottom of your tablet and you’re away. The colours available as shown in the above pic include black, blue, pink, orange, grey and turquoise.
ASUS are yet to reveal a release date or any other details about these lovely covers but do watch this space for more info though. The actual tablet is also waiting for a confirmed UK release date, you can pre-order it from Google Play though, a release date is hopefully not long off as the shipping date of the tablet is within 2-3 weeks.
The Google Nexus 7 was put on the blog last week and is a cheap alternative to the Apple iPad and made by ASUS. Buy one from £159 for an 8GB version booting up to £199 for a 16GB edition. Are you going to be treating yourself to one? Let us know in ‘Comments’.
