The HTC One V is a delightful little smartphone. For a small device packs some impressive specs. Its 1GHz processor, brand new Android 4.0 operating system (OS) and HD video recording make it worth considering. Just well we have a release date. That date is 23 April 2012 for networks: O2, Orange and Vodafone. More details this way.
The HTC One V might have had the limelight taken away from it by the stellar HTC One X and HTC One S, but it still is a great smartphone. Its 1GHz processor, Android 4.0 OS, 720p HD video skills and 5 megapixel camera is not to be sniffed at.
In just seven days, the HTC One V goes on sale, available on contract from O2, Orange and Vodafone at Carphone Warehouse . The HTC One V can be picked up for free on deals starting from around £31 per month on an 18 month contract.
Those willing to commit for longer can sign a 24 month contract, and pick up a free handset for £20.50 per month. Fans hoping to go their own way on a contract can look to online retailer Amazon, where the HTC One V can be purchased SIM Free for £226.
Whatever the choice, the HTC One V is a great choice for those looking for a phone with top-end specifications without the cost of its bigger cousin the HTC One X. The HTC One X has a better camera, full HD video recording and a faster processor, but the HTC One V can still cope with anything. As we said earlier: it’s definitely one worth checking out.
