Are you with Barclaycard? Do you have a smartphone? Make use of PayTag then!

Barclaycard are new to develop a little, attractive card you stick onto your smartphone to access new technology, NFC. Near Field Communication Technology lets users share data amongst others and allows us to pay for small purchases up to £15 without even slipping your wallet out in public.

The card turns any smartphone into a NFC one whether you use a credit or debit card, the beauty measures 5cm x 2cm and is called a PayTag.

We all use our smartphones today making perfect sense to use it to pay for your purchases. Use this to pay for transactions up to £15 with it being lifted to £20 by June of this year. Its brand new and has already been implemented into phones such as the Nokia Lumia 610, various Android devices are the all new motion-control gaming console from Nintendo, Wii U. Plus, the company say by the end of the year we will have 150,000 NFC terminals available to us in this country without even getting out any money! Not bad for a coffee and a croissant in Starbucks.

Have you received your letter? If not, you soon will basically informing all of all what I have just said in this blog. Plus, if you lose your PayTag Barclaycard have it covered, yes they do. The company have said that they  will refund you on all of your transactions once your PayTag has been reported stolen to them.
