  • Windows Phone 7.5.
  • Five colours.
  • 4-inch touchscreen on the cards.
  • Not available in the UK.

Nokia have unveiled their next budget smartphone coming in hand with an out-dated OS. Good start!

The new phone will launch with Windows Phone 7.5 in five colours.

Rumours were that this phone would at least run on Windows Phone 7.8 with Windows Phone 8 nowhere to be seen.

The specs

This phone will run on a single-core processor clocking in at 800MHz, come with a WVGA touchscreen that could measure 4-inches making it larger than Nokia’s 610. And if you thought it was going to get better, look away because memory wise this phone only comes with 1.8GB  of memory, the other half is apparently unusable. However, Microsoft are putting in 7GB of Skydrive space for good will.

The rest of the specs are pretty normal: 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi and a 1,300mAh battery.

The phone (could be a good thing) will only be launching in upcoming areas of the world including South America, India and China and a few others. No sign of the UK though and also no price on the cards.
