Sony Ericsson will show off the 13Mp smartphone, LT28at at CES 2012.

With Sony Ericsson in risk this week of losing its ‘Ericsson’ part of its name comes a brand new ‘super phone’ expected to launch intact with a 13Mp camera, a 4.55-inch HD 720p Reality Display Screen plus a front facing snapper and LTE compatibility on board. On top of all of that it will be Bluetooth certified however not with the latest 3.0 but instead 2.1, a little disappointed compared to the rest of the hot specs.

More info on the smartphone

A few things which we’re all questioning at the moment is will it launch as an Ericsson or not. This I’m sure will be revealed in the forthcoming months though.

In addition the description attached to the LT28at is that its a "Tablet capacity touch phone" promising to bring us "Xperia into super phone territory with LTE for ultra high speed entertainment".

However, coming with LTE compatibility doesn’t really benefit us UK users which makes me think that it could be a long way off here yet.

Hmm, see it at CES 2012.
