BlackBerry Curve 9320: This time it’s official!

Following a series of leaks, BlackBerry maker RIM has finally launched the BlackBerry Curve 9320. The badly-kept secret is a stylish smartphone for the socially-connected, says RIM. The Curve 9320 brings with it a dedicated BBM key for instant access to messaging, access to apps and social networks and all the features needed for those tempted by a ‘Berry.

The BlackBerry Curve 9320 is built more in mind with instant message fans and social networking than taking on the cream of smartphones. That means one should not expect its features to trump the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S3. The BlackBerry Curve 9320 is a mid to entry-level BlackBerry handset for those that love nothing more than simply staying in touch.

The BlackBerry Curve 9320 features the latest BlackBerry OS 7.1 operating system, has a 2.44-inch qVGA 32×240 resolution display, a familiar BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard, FM radio, 3.2-megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, image stabilisation and geotagging.

Inside is 512MB of internal memory, but using a MicroSD card you could bump that up to a more sizable 32GB. The BlackBerry Curve 9320 also has Wi-Fi built-in to let you connect to local internet connections, seven hours of talk time and up to 30 hours of music playback.

RIM has yet to name a date and price, but suggest an announcement will be made soon, so keep an eye out.
